As a person who has lived here for MULTIPLE years, I have to say I am extremely displeased with my experience here. The staff has changed over COMPLETELY on numerous occasions, making things very difficult. Every employee seems to have completely different information to all the others regarding policies, payments, etc., etc. It's often left me totally misinformed, with no recourse since their excuse is always that employees who gave me false information have been terminated. There have been car thefts in our parking lot on a couple of occasions, but the staff did not send any warnings to the residents and did not seem to feel much concern when approached about it. All gates but one are supposed to be locked up at 9-10 at night but are often left open. The interiors of the apartments are not the worst, but leave alot to be desired once you get used to living here. The plumbing fixtures seem like they've never been kept up well, I've had alot of problems with leaks and even a pipe bursting within the wall from another apartment, leaving my bathroom soaked with water and materials from the ceiling. I would suggest that you check the interiors of the EXACT apartment you'll be moving into if possible, and go over it with a fine tooth comb. I wouldn't say this apartment complex is the WORST place, but I do believe there are ones alot better for equal to less rent. My advice is the universal advice when getting an apartment, SHOP AROUND AND TAKE YOUR TIME. I don't feel safety here, I don't feel I can depend on the staff for straight answers and dependable information, and I admit I'm looking forward to moving. [P.S. If you don't have an alarm installed on your car, I'd suggest getting one or some kind of similar device before parking it here]
