As someone who has lived here for awhile, I have to say I agree with all of the less than positive reviews posted about this place. The management are extremely incompetant, and even rude if you ask too many questions. The security is extremely lax here. They now have a rent-a-cop security patrol hired to 'watch' the place, but they're more concerned with potential damage to AIMCO's property than anything having to do with resident safety. They seem to spend their money keeping up the things people will look at most when looking to rent here [bushes, trees, pavement, etc] but look closer and you'll see the staircases are rusting, many overhangs are rotting, and even though I haven't confirmed it, I am pretty sure I have carpenter ants in my apartment. The parking lots are cramped, you have to drive extremely slow through most areas because many people speed through here and there's not enough room for two cars to turn without hitting each other if you're not careful. This complex is an older one, and it shows in the interiors and it's not worth the constant rent hikes. I'm moving out in a month and I can't wait.
