If you like broken air conditioners, 60.00 water bills, and your drug dealing neighbors getting busted by the police every friday night, then this is the place for you.

I have lived here almost three years and have had my shower wall collapse on me, tried to have the office fine me 100.00 for late rent when I turned it in three days before the first of the month, and have received about thirty threats from the office for things like having a towel drying on my private porch or having a UPS box that was delivered to my house be a FIRE HAZARD.

If you like living in a crappy apartment with roaches, pools that are always closed, and unreasonable office staff, then you have found your home. Tell the racist security guards hello when you are coming into the apartment around midnight and they have some ------- American male spread eagle on the ground (I am white by the way), and enjoy the powersurges that will ruin your television and computer.

Maybe you could move into my apartment. It is a one bedroom one bath with crappy appliances for $649.00 a month. Hey! They claim that its market value is 700 bucks.

I moved here because I was poor and just graduated from college. It was cheap and I was desperate, but I would have done better if I just kept on looking. Hopefully, I can save you some time and grief. If you do move in here, read your lease carefully, and kiss your deposit goodbye.
