You get what you pay for...

I moved to Cooper's Pond 14 months ago, and I am looking forward to moving out. My biggest complaint is the noise. Car's blasting music and racing out of the parking lot at 3am. Little kids yelling and screaming. And every friday morning, unless it is raining, the lasnscaping crew starts their lawn mowers and leaf blowers at the crack of dawn. Last week... 7:45am. I'm only 24, and I can say the noise is ridiculous. Parking can sometimes be a pain in the ass. Pulling out and trying to make a left onto Dale Mabry can seriously take up to 5 minutes and is dangerous as hell. The other exit on Himes isn't much better. The office staff is ok, no complaints about them. The maintenance staff usualy get's the job done, but you have to ask them 2 or 3 times to fix something. And it may take a few days. But beware, they have "inspections" like 4-5 times a year, and they will walk right in your apartment. NOT COOL! The pool area's could be kept up nicer, garbage always around. The grounds are ok, they have made them look a little better since I moved in. But still lack what most others have. I have heard of break-ins, but haven't been a victim. I have a nice car and thought it would be a target, but knock on wood nothing happened. The apartments are showing age, and are not very big. I moved here because I was new to the area and it was probably one of the cheapest places around.
