Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived here in 2004-2005. The main problem I had was the windows were so cheap that you could here people sneeze outside or rattle their keys. Then you'd always get some fool who wants to play the radio at 3:00 in the morning, or really loud at any other given time. When I moved out, it looked like lower and lower quality people were moving in.
