I have moved here close to two years and am desperate to move out. On the negative list: 1. plumbing is a horror -- throwing a piece of toilet paper should not result in a blockage, 2. maintenance takes forever -- I had a crack in my wall (pretty serious issue), and it took several days for someone to come and investigate, and only after I went to the office and threw a bit of a fit, 3. the noise -- can hear people outside, walking in the apartment upstairs, driving by at night, 4. the main office does not notify residents of packages; I almost did not receive my official college diplomas because the office did not let me know that they were in the main office, 5. I have seen quite a few cars that were broken into and a few weeks ago my neighbor's apartment was robbed, 6. other more minor details.
