The leasing office staff are very rude and truly unprofessional. It is obvious that they hire anybody off the streets. The maintenance workers are extremely rude. I've caught maintenance workers in my apartment twice and unannounced. My neighboors too have complained about maintenance workers going in their apartment, unannounced, and going through their personal belongings. When I tried to express my concern to the Leasing Office Manager, the office staff would give me the run-around. I've called several times and left nine messages with the Leasing Office staff, for the Manager to call me regarding my concern, and not one time has the Manager returned my call. When I would ask an office staff to help me with my concern, they would tell me that I could only speak to the Manager - yet the Manager is constantly avoiding all tenants calls. The washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are disgusting and dirty. The pools have lime around the edges, dirt on the bottom and plenty of bugs floating around, from the lack of pool cleaning. Lastly, there is a horrible smell coming from the ponds due to the lack of maintenance. I truly have nothing good to say about the whole complex and am seriously desperate for my lease to terminate.
