My husband and I have lived here for 10 months and are getting ready to move out. Not a spectacular complex by any stretch of the imagination, but not the worst of the worst like some make it seem. We've had some problems with the older appliances in our apartment, but maintenance replaced our dishwasher and ac at our request to try and cut utility costs and to fix the problems. The office staff has always been nice to us, and took care of most our problems right away. My biggest problem is the gates, or lack there of. My husbands car was broken into twice, and auto theft in general is a big problem. Then again, there was a double homicide in my last complex in St. Pete, so everything is realative. I felt safe, but worried about the car.
