Good Apartments at a deceint price

Some friends and I moved into Cooper's pond in June of 2006. The staff was friendly and willing to work with us during the leasing process. Two out of the three of us are students and find the location and price well suited to our budget. Considering the other places in the area we have lived this place is quite nice. The apartment we moved into was clean, newly painted, and carpeted when we arived, the staff was friendly and encouraging in manner and is still after living here for a while. The over all exspreience is good. The only weak points I have found is the upkeep of the laundry fasilities and the lack of a gym on site. But even with these draw backs I find it a fine place to live.
