Cooper's Pond is honestly the worst place I have EVER lived! I've only been here five months and I can't wait to leave. I have to call the office about three times a week for various complaints and maintenance problems. The front offie staff is truely just plain stupid. They are VERY slow to help and return phone calls. Major bug problem too. The neighbors are always loud and the place in general is sketchy. Don't waste your time or your money here!
