I have been and unfortunatly still am living at Coopers Pond. I moved in when i was young and single, and then it was not too bad. Since then they have changed the mgmt. at least 5 times, and the current manager------------, is very unprofessional. I am pregnant and live with my boyfriend and my dog. I just recently had to put my dog to sleep due to illness and-------had said that she hopes that i can take better care of my child then i did my dog, and she made sure she told her comment to the entire staff. I was very angry, and i have called corporate many times, but it doesnt help. As other people have stated the bug problem here is out of control!!!! And you can tell the maintience and the office all you want, but it's no use. I am not shy about saying that this place is absolut garbage!!! Move elsewhere if you can, i know i will be.

---------, I wish you had come to me when you heard this. As you know, I was very sympathetic towards you when you told us about ------. I know that he was a very valuable member of your family and was much loved by you and your boyfriend. I wish you and your family nothing but the best and am looking forward to meeting your son when he is born. As far as the pest control issue I am truly confused. I have looked at our request log going back to the end of February and I don't see that you have requested service or reported a pest control problem. Pest control is performed weekly on Wednesdays, just call the office before Wednesday and a technician will spray your apartment. Let me know what I can do for you to make your home more comfortable.

(you fill in the blank) That she is capable of saying that and more,she most defenitely is. (and this comment is not being posted by ---------, it's just another of your unhapy tenenats). If anyone is seriously thinking about mving into coopers pond, i"de give it some serious thoughts. Walk around and ask other tetants, and you will see what i mean. Dirty, Pond smeel like ________(again, u fill in the blank), this shld be called BUG"S POND instead of COOPERS POND!!!! B-4 you know your family will disappear b-4 your eyes due to bugs bites. I come from NY and locating to FLORIDA HAS BEEN LIKE MOVING TO PARADISE, UPON MOVING TO COOPER"S POND, IT HAS BEEN AN EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN, AS THOUGH I LEFT HEAVEN AND MOVED INTO -----'S LAND! (THAT IS LIKE LIVING IN HELL!!!) COME LOOK AT OUR POOL AND THAT'S EXACTLY HOW THEY TREAT EVERYTHING AROUND HERE, THEY JUST DON"T CARE.

I totally agreee with the person above me.The pool in tge back is closed and its green green since we moved here.I went and told the lady in the office and she said they are working on it,qand i replied its nbeen like that since we moved here wtf....then they closed the other pool for labor day weekend to piss ppl off and the card washer machine is always broken so u cant wash clothes there anyways.....!!!!!!so whats the point of having ur laundry facillity..This place is really bad and u have 2 watch were u step ur foot at because theres duck ---- all over u can bring it in your house.! We pay for the pond view and it was our biggest mistake the pond is filthy and we cant even sit outside theres frogs nd bugs everywhere!!!!!!!yuck
