I have lived at coopers pond for 3 months now. So far, i have been screamed at by the office manager -----, called stupid by her, and many other incidents have occured. The leasing agents are great, and the office assistant ------can be quite helpfull, although unfortunatly they all answer to the office manager -----. Even after refering residents she has insulted me, and my neighbors. I highly recomend NOT moving into this complex until ----- the office manager has been replaced, as she will make your tenancy here quite unpleasant.

I did not call you stupid and I did not scream at you. You have been served several notices regarding non-compliance of your lease; however, and I do understand why that would make you upset with me. You must take personal responsibility for your own actions. When you don't dispose of your trash properly, you get a notice. When you don't have your utilities transferred into your name, you get a notice. When you drive your car through a flooded parking lot, you run the risk of stalling out your car. And then when you open your door while in that puddle, you run the risk of flooding your car. None of these events are the responsibility of the community manager or anyone else on-site. There is no way for us to know that you didn't know that your car wouldn't be able to drive over the storm drain before it had a chance to drain from the hail storm that had recently occurred. I hope you have a better day today! ----- Sasse, Community Manager

Well -----, unfortunatly, you did not read my review properly. In fact, I am sure you are aware that I have been reimbursed for my damages as it WAS the fault of the property that the drainage system was not cleaned out properly, as I recall you stated it is NOT as you yelled and screamed at me insulting me. I will not argue or discuss anything with you. You are extremely verbally abusive and unprofessional, I have completely complied with my lease and am begining to feel uncomfortable living in my home because of the abuse you have given me. You obviously have no concept of the position you are in. You as a professional must maintain a professional demeanor, which you have trouble with. You have yelled at me, and mocked me and called me stupid, not to mention the completely out of line comments you have made about my neighbors. Whether or not you "like" me or any other tenant, you have to treat the tenants at this property with respect and have a much more polite method of speaking. I am sure that anyone reading these posts also must think that it is ridiculous that you are having "review wars" with the tenants when we post complaints which strengthens my argument. I hope that nobody has to feel the way that I do in my own home, and hopefully after being complained about as you have more then once, you will learn to portray a much more professional image for the sake of the Bethany Group.
Furthermore, I did not recieve "several notices" I recieved 2. One because my SECOND day of living here, i brought trash to the disposal area, that was too heavy to lift into the receptical, I assumed that the "area" was the trash area in general so i left it beside and was not aware that it had to be IN the receptical although it was very large. The second if you recall was because my electricity was not properly transfered which was a mutual mistake between me and teco. And both of these "notices" were given within only 2 weeks of me moving in and I have yet to have a conflict of compliance with my lease. These are all things that happen sometimes when someone just moves from another country and does not understand the system, and I have completely complied with all of the requests from that first very difficult week.

I agree with coopers renter. ----- is very unprofessional, I have lived here for almost 2 years and every time i have to deal with her, i feel like i am dealing with a child that will have a temper tantrum if she doesn't get her way. We are actually putting together a patition to have her removed from the staff, and so far almost everyone we have approached has signed for it. If it hasn't got to you yet, i'm sure we will be seeing you soon. I'm sorry that you have had to go through this so soon after moving in. It really is a great place, and the corperate office is really great, but ----- is really out of control, and does not know how to do her job. I work in an office and there are many people who i don't particularly want to deal with, but it's my JOB to be polite, patient and profesisonal, and ----- is none of those things. She should not be in a position where she deals directly with people, cause it really looks badly on the company like you said. I would definatly recomend this complex IF ----- were not the manager, because she really makes our home really unpleasant.
