I sit back and laugh at some of these reviews I read about this place. You people are the biggest whiners and complainers! LOL I work in property management and I hate residents like yall that just b*tch about every little thing. Your toilet is stopped up and you don't have enough sense to buy a damn plunger and unclog it! LMFAOOOOOOOOOO I had absolutely no problem with ------whatsoever! Maybe because I work in the same field so I know the daily frusteration beyond the resident complaints...things that you guys will never be able to see nor comprehend so you feel the need to vent your frusterations on a little website...HAHAHAHA!! PATHETIC! Here's a novel idea...to get respect you have to give it! If you go in the office with a stank attitude, yelling and screaming your likely to not get treated very nicely, and that's just the way of the world! I had one maintenance issue the whole time I lived there and it was fixed the SAME DAY! My neighbors were awesome andthe property is well maintained despite the age of the complex. The only reason I'm moving is because I needed a 3 bedroom and I wanted to be closer to my job, otherwise I would have renewed my lease. I recommend it here. The apartments by the pond are nice, this view is relaxing, it's pet friendly, and close to everything. I suggest you stop by and take a look at it for yourself.

I agree with coopers renter. Unfortunatly enforcing rules has nothing to do with being rude, unprofessional and verbally abusive. I have lived here for almost 2 years and she is the worst manager yet. As a staff member in her position, she should always uphold a level of profesisonalism which she does not, and she should always show respect to EVERY SINGLE TENANT whenther she is "fond" of them or not. THAT is her job.

Thank you for the kind support. I truly love the career that I have chosen because it does give me the opportunity to help people with one of life's major decisions. For the past 15 years I have enjoyed making a difference in people's lives and hope that comes through in the majority of my landlord/tenant relations. There are always challenges present in making everyone happy, especially in a community the size of Coopers Pond. It's tough for everyone in a family of 4 to agree on everything... imagine if there were over 400 people to consider!! Unfortunately, the majority rules and that leaves some people discontented. If you are ever one of the discontented, please see me in the office Monday through Friday from 9 to 6. I have an open door policy and welcome all suggestions that woule benfit the community.

Dear Mardi, "THE property manager", You must remember the saying, "Where there's no fire, there's no smoke". Stop wasting your time making excuses to unhappy (ex)tenants/victims' honest reviews on your performances here, what you've been doing are making you look MORE unprofessional and dishonest. Rather, read & study all these reviews and comprehend how disorganized YOUR property & management truly are!
Trigild inc a San Diego company that specializes in distressed property, has been appointed receiver for 13 apartment complexes in Arizona, California, Colorado and Florida.
The seven Arizona complexes are: 460-unit Laguna Village, Chandler; 320-unit Alante at the Islands, Chandler; 374-unit Santan Crossing, Chandler; 432-unit Whispering Meadows, Mesa; 582-unit Tuscany Palm, Mesa; 395-unit Sienna Springs, Phoenix; and 196-unit Verrado Park, Glendale.
As court-appointed receiver, Trigild will handle day-to-day operations.
The properties were abandoned by Irvine, Calif.-based Bethany Group, according to Trigild President Bill Hoffman.
