Since we moved here we had problems with . Bathroom tiles missing. Boiler pipes leaking.Massive bug infestations.Toilet overflowing over four times.Air bubbles coming from floor tiles after taking a shower.Broken sliding glass door.To many other complaints to mention.I went to complain and got a 7 day notice to leave.After I told them in a nice way that my mother want to talk to them.The manager laugh like a clown out loud at my mother and father.Told them we won't talk to you and kicked them out of the office.As retired police officers from New York City who dealt with managers like them. We find them to be very disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least my parents stated!

You in no way spoke in a nice way Mr. Stephens! In fact you were so loud and obnoxious in the office that you were asked to leave. When you refused, the Sheriff's Department was called and then you threatened to have someone "come for" me in the morning. We take death threats very seriously in our line of work and that is why you were given the 7 Days to Vacate. There are no boilers in our apartments, what you had was a clogged condensation line in your air conditioner. And that was resolved. The missing tiles are from someone ripping the soap dish off the wall. And the toilet overflowing is from improper use of the commode. The Sliding Glass door had come off track and while you were beating on the door the supervisor came over and lifted the door for you to put back on track. I don't know what you expect, but when you conduct yourself in an inappropriate manner you must take responsibility and suffer the consequences.

It seems that every time someone complains about mardy's lack of professionalism, she has an obsured excuse to redeem herself.....readers, please note that whatever her response is it is completely blown up. She does not understand that this is where we live and she does not take that into consderation when dealing with us. She thinks this is a big joke....and she doesnt respect the tennants here. I am sure that there where no "death threats" and she blew it way out of proportion. The tennants here feel helpless over her lack of assistance and she makes you feel like you are 2 feet tall when speaking to her. She has an aggression problem, obviously....and probably insulted the tennant and their family so much that they felt so helpless in their own home. SHE needs to conduct herself in an appropriate maner, as it is her JOB. It's a shame that she has not been replaced yet, but I am not sure if you are aware, there is a group of tenants that has formed a union, and are working on a patition to have her removed from the staff as soon as possible and have been corresponding with her bosses boss about the issue. I totally agree with the above post. Her attitude of making excuse clearly proves her unprofessionalism. If she has a time rebutting, she should spend the time solving issues for unhappy tenants rather than nitpicking on negative comments while revealing the name of anonymous reviewer.

Well, I have been living at cooper's pond apartment for a quite some time and I don't understand why everyone is complainning about Mardi, if everyone would just stop nagging and start paying there rent on time maybe we would not be in this situation, for example look at the pool. I have lived in some very up scale apartments and believe me you still have the nagging complainner and the same problems we have here. Its not the office fault they are just doing there job. Every one in the office is nice to me and if I don't understand something regarding my lease they don't mind to stop what they are doing to answer any questions I have. Oh by the way the comment about beware of management and the short red hair get your fact straight The new assistant does not have short red hair I met the new assistant and her hair is medium length and she is a sweet heart. They all go out of there way for us if we just give them a chance....

I have a relative that lives in Coopers Pond and I think the apartment and community was very nice. The side my relative lives on was very quiet and peaceful. I did not see any bugs in her apartment at all. If I lived in Tampa I would consider Coopers Pond. The price of the rent is great compared to what we pay in Washington DC for that amount. For $600.00 in DC you will be really living in the "HOOD". Perhaps that would make you appreciate some things.
