I for one, like the manager Mardi,I know she is always willing to help and go out of her way if possible, of course sometimes she cant do certain things because of coporate america, but she does know what she is doing, she has always been freindly with me and the staff is always nice also ! I have had a few issues, but what apartment does not ? These bad reviews are usually from people who are being evicted, or dont pay rent, or sell drugs and get busted for it, or are just plain stupid to the rules of running a property !! They have to do their job to keep their jobs just like everybody else in this country who works !!! Its a big deal to run a place like this, plus be accomodating to her employees and alot of people that live here. True, I suppose she has bad days , but who does not, half the people that live in apts would give me a headache also and stress me out !! GIVE HER A BREAK !!!! Shes just doing what she is getting paid to do !!!!!

Well, apparently you do not know what you are talking about. This place USED TO BE much better, more tenants, NICER PPL IN THE LEASING OFFICE WHO KNOWS HOW TO RUN THE BUSINESS AND, things were very well organized! Too bad all the good ppl had to go due to the numbers of management changes over the years. Every time different company came along, things changed completely. Seems the manager is here posting all kind of comments but don't be fooled. They should "do better", from water to safety issues because they WERE BETTER BEFORE. They used to either distribute a paper in advance or post alerts whenever there was construction in the area that may affect tap water, NOT after water's stopped and when YOU contact them! There used to be ppl from a security company in the complex watching over tenants' safety in the evening but when was the last time you saw security ppl in the complex? Maybe not recently. Long before that, the place used to have a gated entry...and now??
