Horrible, this has yet to return my security deposit after have moved out over four months ago. As I state, the management of the actual complex, Bethany Group, will not pay out security deposits. This is a warning to all, if you want to go through courts to get your security deposits back, this is the place for you....if not, find someplace else to live.

And to clear things up a little bit, was there a claim on my security deposit' Yes, like $40.00 worth, but they still owe roughly $200.00 and refuse to pay.

when i first moved in it seemed an ideal complex i had some minor problems but they told me they were going to fix them,this was my first apartment on my own so I was excited,come to find out the managager is horrible yes mardy that is you, shes unprofessional and ignorant,the maintainance isnt any better trust me I feel bad for anyone who decides to move into this hell hole of a complex
