lived there and was my worst experience specially with mardi sasee property manager if you read the complaints and responces you can see that she expending time trying to defend herself from several residents there intead of doing her job thats what you need a true manager. As you can see she can not rate herself but she continues to do so even if you complain about it. Mardi your time will come when we see you unnemployed and on welfare too. Millions of dollars have been stolen from bethany group and you will meet someone with the power to get you soon..

On my own time I come on this site to see what misinformation is being spewed about the community I manage and work hard everyday to improve. I have NEVER posted a rating on this site on behalf of the community; only responded to the hateful and misguided venom. I respond so that non-residents using this site can see for themselves that the manager of this community DOES care and to ensure that information is given with clarity. I know that when someone violates their lease agreement I am not a popular person for pointing it out, but enforcing the lease agreement is my job and enforcing it maintains the integrity of the community for the betterment of the majority. This site is here to assist people in making an educated decision regarding an important step in their lives; mis-using it as you have done numberous times serves no purpose. I feel sorry for anyone that feels so threatened that they are compelled to hold onto their anger and wish anyone harm. I wish you luck now and in the future in finding a constructive outlet for your anger.

Dear Mardi, "THE property manager",
You must remember the saying, "Where there's no fire, there's no smoke". Stop wasting your time making excuses to unhappy (ex)tenants/victims' honest reviews on your performances here, what you've been doing are making you look MORE unprofessional and dishonest. Rather, read & study all these reviews and comprehend how disorganized YOUR property & management truly are!
