I have lived here in coopers pond for a little over a year. Yes, there were ups and downs but one thing i have to say is when the manager told me something would get done it got done. I lived in a studio for a little while when i had a problem with the water heater that broke my apartment was flooded. I was very unhappy but the property manager was great about it. yes i was a little mad and very unhappy with this but she made sure i stayed in one of the models so i could sleep in a dry place and then within the next week i was moved into a new apartment which was bigger and i am much happier in. Ya i have a few minor problems with the new one but every time i go int the office it is put on a work order and i see someone here everytime with a damn good attitude. Everything i ever had a problem with was fixed. As for the crime its not that bad yes my car was broken into but i yet to see how that is the fault of the complex cant see how they should be watching my car aswell as everyone elts. They keep the grounds in great condition, all the buildings look great some need some lighting fixed but as i was told its a mystery problem as soon as they fix it it will be fixed. Which again stuff happends not like its the end of the world. The office staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help out. i would recommend these apartments to everyone as i have already had 2 of my good friend move in from brandon and am getting my brother and his family to move into them in the next few months which will be nice. all in all a very great nehiborhood all the people say hi. would recomend this place to anyone
