This place is horrible! If you are here for any extended amount of time you will probably get your car broken into, and don't bother telling management because they don't care and actually cut the position of the roaming security guard. Oh yeah, last night there was a robbery at gunpoint on the apartment property...... Lastly, they routinely close laundry facilities for residents due to some type of problem. However, if you look into the laundry rooms, you can usually see and hear the washer and driers operating just fine - with employee's laundry. If you ask them to explain this they will suddenly become quite rude and defensive. I WOULD NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I'm about to break my lease.

Just to give you a heads up The BEthany Group who manages this community does not refund deposit's. I lived at another Bethany Group apartments and have had the run around for Six months to receive my $600.00 deposit back. From what I was told is they are having money issues. I could care less; I completed my lease term, left the apartment clean, and now they won't refund my deposit. This company is a Sham... Tell everyone to not rent from them. Just my experience.

Wait until you try to get your deposit .Good Luck! Make sure to take pictures and call them every day... Did you meet Mardi? "MS ATTITUDE". I am going to the Macdill Base Housing Office to make a formal complaint against Coper's Pond(Bethany Group), so the military are aware of the problems there and they stay away from a trouble residence area. I will also go to on line court and request my deposit from the California court system too... Mardi may be unemployed soon!Good luck ...from your ex resident Trigild inc a San Diego company that specializes in distressed property, has been appointed receiver for 13 apartment complexes in Arizona, California, Colorado and Florida. The seven Arizona complexes are: 460-unit Laguna Village, Chandler; 320-unit Alante at the Islands, Chandler; 374-unit Santan Crossing, Chandler; 432-unit Whispering Meadows, Mesa; 582-unit Tuscany Palm, Mesa; 395-unit Sienna Springs, Phoenix; and 196-unit Verrado Park, Glendale. As court-appointed receiver, Trigild will handle day-to-day operations. The properties were abandoned by Irvine, Calif.-based Bethany Group, according to Trigild President Bill Hoffman.
