Coopper Pond has really drop in services , they owed us more than 1000 dollars, for over a year and a half in services that we have provided. Now they are filling bankrubtsy not to pay thier sub-contarcters. but mean while they are collecting rent.

I disagree. Mardi IS part responsible for what's going on. Regardless of tough economy, business still have to practice good work ethics to survive in the market. No matter what corporate tells you, DO NOT LIE or scam off tenants! I mean, WHY tenants have to be charged for carpet replacement & paints AFTER they vacate? C'mon, that's not tenants' responsibility, that's landlord's(ie Cooper's pond's)!! Good business practice brings in customers. If business is dishonest and keep deceiving customers like Cooper's pond do, eventually people will notice. There'd be nobody who wants to do business with them. Karma finally gets them and that's what's happening to Cooper's pond.

First off, Mardi is NOT responsible for The Bethany Groups failure. You people seem to forget that all the people that work at coopers pond are just bethany groups little pee on's and they have been put in positions I am sure they do not desire to be put in. I know, I used to work there. What you people seem to not understand, is that the empoyees are just that...employess. They have no say, if you want your job, you do as corp amer says ! Us little people dont have a say in much when you work for Corp America and in these tough times, with no jobs out there, you do what you can do to keep your job. I dont know why people put Mardi down like they do ! It does amaze me. She has no control over what bethany group does, their problems, their issues...but she does have a job to do and dont you think it tough on her ? Its not her fault they cant pay the vendors, or employee's !! Any one who works these days should be smart enough to know stuff like this. You yourself work FOR SOMEONE !! Are you responsible for their screw up's ! The decisions they make ? The way they do business ? Their procedures ? Yea, I did not thinnk so, but you deal with it, because you, as all of us, have a job to do and in order to KEEP that job, you do what they want you to do and follow the rules and regulations !! For those of you who do not have a job, and cant find work, good luck at this time, and if you do have a job, appreciate it and realize you are better off than most people....things will get better for us all Mardi, I know you and understand your position, I have read alot lately of bethany Group and wish you good luck !!

GOOD JOB MARDI : Trigild inc a San Diego company that specializes in distressed property, has been appointed receiver for 13 apartment complexes in Arizona, California, Colorado and Florida. The seven Arizona complexes are: 460-unit Laguna Village, Chandler; 320-unit Alante at the Islands, Chandler; 374-unit Santan Crossing, Chandler; 432-unit Whispering Meadows, Mesa; 582-unit Tuscany Palm, Mesa; 395-unit Sienna Springs, Phoenix; and 196-unit Verrado Park, Glendale. As court-appointed receiver, Trigild will handle day-to-day operations. The properties were abandoned by Irvine, Calif.-based Bethany Group, according to Trigild President Bill Hoffman.
