Firstly, BEWARE. Do not move here. Do yourself that favor. The landlord is extremely rude and doesn't have a care in the world for you. Regardless of constant leaks, roach infestations and everything else, she doesn't care. My neighbors roof just fell in yesterday. I know I'm not the only one with this disgusting roach problem I've asked around. Nevermind the swarm of cops that seem to invade the property every other day. Must be car vandilisms or something. ALSO, you are required to purchase a $50,000 liability insurance policy to live here. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

YES her name is Mardi! You can read on... She has been a legend in that apartment complex! She pocketed deposit money,services checks,employees payroll and blamed on Bethany Bankrupt's but the case is at the Florida Attorney general for further investigation. Since is a bank fraud she may be going to the slam soon(fbi). If i was her i would being crossing the border to China! There is going to be a group suing Coopers Pond soon...too. Keep looking at this web site for more news. We will have the last laught! and continue with the bad publicity for Coopers Pond.

Well, Cooper's Pond was dropped from rental.com,(why)... Look on the internet and read about, not paying employees,contracts and pocketing rental deposits. Stay away! Yes, Mardi is one of the thiefs...

I agree with you Coopers Pond has a bad construction,the not qualified maintenance and the worse staff/manager in Tampa. If you want to lower your standards of living and have the same old staff. Becarful with your deposit, the manager may keep it! Check the load music,flooding parking,apartments and car breakings. It is coopers hood!
