Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
I had a problem with getting my deposit back from the office. It has been over the time limit for me to receive it back. They gave me the run around. But they were not like that when they received it from me years ago. They have a high noise disturbance level. They let there residents control them. They do not have friendly attitudes only when you move in. They keep on switching owners..
