They have extremely bad and rude management staff. They have no respect whatsoever for their tenants. I recently applied for a 1-BR in this apartment and later changed my mind because of safety reasons. Management was such a crook that they gulped all my security deposit even though they initially promised me that this was a refundable amount. Moreover they were rude about the whole issue and never tried to solve the safety concerns I had about the apartment.

If you ever decide to move into this apartment, apart from management issues, be warned that vehicle security is a big problem in this community. I have seen a few incidents about auto theft and break-ins during my stay in the apartments.
