I lived at Countrywood for 13 months and I didn't have most of the problems that most have stated on here.

In terms of bugs, I've only seen one palmetto roach and when I told management, an exterminator came the next day (Tues) to fix the problem. Maintenance also came to see if there were any holes that needed to be caulked.

I lived in front of the pool, but it was always quiet past 8:30-9pm. My carpets were clean and all of my appliances seem to work.

The grounds were nice, but not extremely well-kept. However, it wasn't dirty either.

The only negative experience I had was when I was charged $50 because I paid my rent late. I told management in advance that I will be out of town and wanted to pay then, but they refused to let me pay two months worth at one time (on one check).

Overall, I reccommend it.
