Bad Management/Unsafe Community

I am here because it is the cheapest apartment in Carrollwood and I'm going through a divorce. Yes, it is cheap, but you get what you pay for: old carpet when I was promised new, non-gated community allowing "who-ever" to roam the grounds, low-lifes who are not background checked as neighbors, 1960 appliances & cupboards. Even the tiles in the bathroom are painted with flat wall paint!
