I lived there for 12 months, and had a good experience. No bug problems, they sprayed every so often. Maintenance never took more then 2-3 days to fix any minor things, and the few times I had to call them it was generally quicker. I found management to be pretty okay, nothing spectacular, but they took care of my concerns.

But what I would reccomend is getting an apartment in the Phase Two area where I've lived. Phase one if right off of Dale Mabry, and by a nightclub, phase two is tucked away on the much quieter Orange Grove Road, and is surrounded by other housing, and an elementary school. Not much noise from those. Never had any crime issues and when the hurricanes came through, everything was cleaned up within a few days.

All and All, I've enjoyed my stay here.
