#1 PLACE TO LIVE

I have lived at Countrywood for several years now and I have found it to be a wonderful place to live. I honestly think that some of these reviews were written by tenants that are unhappy in their lives. unfortunately these reviews are all one sided. I am sure if you asked most of these people who wrote these reviews how many times they have been late with their rent they would be embarrased to answer. The staff has always been aboslutely wonderful to me and all of my neighbors. People seem to forget that there are rules that everyone has to follow and that the staff of Countrywood are not baby sitters for the vehicles, personal belonging or children for that matter. I have been in the office on a few occassions and have seen tenants come in and berate the management because they received a late fee for not paying their rent on time and still have not paid it when they are screaming at the staff. In these cases I have never seen the staff waine from being professional and courteous. I have only had a few things wrong in my apartment and when I call the office to tell them a member of maintance is there immediately. As far as the bug situation....I guess people do not realize that if you live dirty and do not clean your apartment you will have bugs (that is common sense) and you should be ashamed to write about it or tell anyone. For the person who had bugs in their apartment the night they moved in. I am sure they came with you in your boxes. That is probably why you moved from your old home in the first place. Florida is hot and muggy all year round and critters do not die. If you never want to see a bug live up North where it gets cold
