I must agree with the #1 Place to Live. I have lived here for a few years and while I must admit that the class of people being introduced is going downhill, I live in Phase II and it is quiet and for the most part, full of nice people. I have never seen a bug in my apartment, I have never had a maintenance issue ignored and my rent is pretty decent! I'm not a deadbeat tenant - I pay my rent on time and hold up my end of being a good tenant and the management returns the favor. If you are getting a sour response from them, it is probably because you invoked that type of response. I will admit that Phase I is alot trashier than Phase II, so if you are moving here, ask for an apartment in Phase II. I am surrounded by a lake and woods and my neighbors rock! We all know each other and we watch out for each other. Great place to live!
