I have lived here for years and can tell you that in the past 6 months, Countrywood has turned in to a horrible complex. Just 2 weeks ago, our laundry room was out of gas for the dryers and when some of the residents called the gas company, we found out that the bill had not been paid! Then, the grass was not cut for a week and a half and it rained and all types of bugs were starting to appear. Again, the bill was not paid. The pest control people have stopped coming...guess why' Last week, I was walking my dog about 8 a.m. and came across a big fight where a resident had his car broken in to and saw it so he chased this guy down and other residents were fighting with him. This happens in alot of places but it happens here on a daily basis. The maintenance staff is somewhat friendly but when you call them, they will tell you that nothing is wrong. My neighbor's A/C has been out for almost 4 months and needs to be replaced and management says that it is fine.

The final straw is the assistant property manager here. This is one of the rudest and nastiest women I have ever met. She will yell at you, tell you off and just downright treat you like a piece of crap and Lisha, if you read this, yep baby, it's you.

I have given my notice and getting out but for those considering this place, beware. The rent is appealing because it's cheap but you get what you pay for.
