We have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half. We thought it was a pretty good deal in a fairly nice neighborhood. Things were okay for the first six months, with the occasional fight in the parking lot and people partying at all hours of the night, but lately, the crowd has gotten much worse. Someone tried to steal our motorcycle and almost ruined the ignition. The worst part, however, is the apartment itself. Some of our outlets have stopped working, the bathtub leaks, and we've had the maintenance people out here 8 times to fix our a/c and they have yet to replace the unit, which is what needs to be done since it is rusted out. The latest is the water heater above us started leaking and there is water damage as well as evidence of past water damage and mold. Stay away for your health's sake!
