Bad Management

The Good: I LOVE the lake in phase II. The grounds and nice and generally safe. It is very inexpensive (especially the studio apartment). Great location. The peacocks are amusing! Plenty of parking.
The Bad: MAINTENANCE is very slow to deal with complaints. We haven't had hot water in the laundry room for a YEAR and no sign of it being resolved. When they do actually do something they usually do not do a good job. Plus, there is a complete lack of communication in the office. Reporting a problem usually takes several attempts till the people who need to know are actually informed. There is no receipt for problems- there is no official form to fill out for a complaint. And maintenance will not leave a note in your apartment saying that they have been there to work on a problem.
The Ugly: OFFICE STAFF!!! While most of the leasing agents are pleasant the office is horribly inefficient. Messages never get relayed, phone calls and letters get ignored. And managements gets very snippy if you have any complaints! I have actually heard the new manager Brett say that he never returns calls! They are so unorganized that I (and several of my neighbors) had to repeatedly remind them to get our leases renewed (WHAT WERE WE THINKING'!')
Bottom line- a nice place physically but you have to be a b*tch to get anything done when it concerns the office. So if you don't mind going to war every time you need something simple taken care of then perhaps you will be happy here.

I am not sure what this person is speaking of but my experience had been the exact opposite. The staff has always answered any question and always ready to help when needed.
The author of this message is probably a bad resident to begin with and would had a vendetta against someone. As stated before I would always and have recomended Countrywood as a great place to call home.

Gee, I guess all the other negative reviews are from "bad" residents too. "Bad resident" seems to be defined as someone who has the audacity to expect to receive what they are paying for without having to plead for it... and expect it in a timely fashion. Let's see, what is the definition of fraud... oh yeah, paying for goods or services that are not received. Now that we have terms of reference defined, it could just be there's "bad management" or is it "fraudulent management?"
