I have lived here a little over a year and will NOT renew my lease. The office staff seems to feel it's only responsiblity is accepting rent checks. Polite professional behavior is not only Not a priority, it seems to be their goal to be grossly rude and unhelpful. The only reason, in my opinion, people live here is because it's the cheapest place in the area. You get what you pay for and courtesy IS NOT included in the lease agreement. Next year it will be my joy to pack up and leave.
