The location is great, however the apartments themselves are not. It was hardly cleaned when we moved in and they didn't fix anything that was broken from the previous tenant. Our AC has gone out six times in the past 8 months. Do the math. Our stove is faulty as well. There are always roaches getting into the apartment, which says a lot for the pest control here. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The management is nice at first, but once you move in they are rude and unhelpful. They told us we had until the fourth to pay rent, and then gave us a late fee because it was "for the holiday only". When I called to get the stove looked at, the Russian lady screamed at me because I couldn't understand her terrible English. It's also ridiculous to charge to use the tiny gym at the office. They recently decided you can only have two guests and if they don't have a visitor's sticker their cars will be towed. But, they didn't order enough visitor stickers of course. This place sucks and we'll be moving as soon as possible.
