I had rented from 8/05 to 8/06. I completed my lease in full and decided to leave b/c my AC unit started smoking and actually caught on fire. I was upset so asked the staff what they planned to do about it. The beast lady in the office I think her name is Lisha said that that was a maintenence problem and there was nothing she could do. After moving out they filled out a post-occupancy report that neithr my roommate or I singned or was aware of until a collection agency started calling.Now they are trying to collect a $747 debt b/c they said i left the apartment in bad condition and they counld not rent it. Suprinsingly enough i found out a week later after that the beast in the officw was living in my old apartment wit her hillgbilly-inbred family. Legally they can do nothing but these people are crooks and will stop at nothing to rip people off. So my advice is not to rent at these crapy apartments. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
