We moved in here last summer and I was excited. 2 months later, I lost my excitement. This place may look ok from the outside but please dont be fooled. Our toilet has backed up more times than I can count. For the first 3 months we didnt have a kitchen light and everytime maintenance would come out to fix it, it would work for a day and go back out again. FINALLY they replaced the whole fixture and that fixed the whole damn problem. The "borders" around the floor in the kitchen and bathrooms are crappy and are coming off. We had to fix our sliding glass doors because they were aligned wrong and our screen door ALWAYS comes off. Maintenance takes FOREVER to get out here to fix things and when they do come they barely do ne thing. Just recently our tub wasnt draining so they supposedly fixed it, it worked for a month and now i have to either hold down the drain or tape it down to drain the water. My roommates car was stolen not long after we moved here, the "repaving" was ridiculous, we had to park god knows how far and they didnt repave, just repainted. The fumes were unbearable and the guys they hired to do it were rude. The cops are out here every other week either for our downstairs neightbors or the people across the parking lot. I've seen numerous drug deals go on right across from the pool. Our floors feel like they are going to fall out from under us, we have strange black stains all over the carpet that will not come out no matter what we do, there are NO studs in the walls so we cannot hang any thing up and the balcony moves so bad I hardly want to go out there. I personally cannot wait til our lease is up in July. Hell I cant have friends over because the neighbors are cranky and complained about 1 party that got a litte outta hand, and about my "vicious" dog...She is a yorkie. Believe me these small apartments are NOT worth the price or the hassle. Praise god im outta here in 2months! STAY AWAY!!
