After reading the other reviews, I thought I had to defind this place. I lived in the first phase and we have never had any problems nor have seen any drug deals take place. Its a great location and decent price. Also, the aparment complexs have good floorplans and are decent in size. The office staff is very nice and among the best out of all apartment comlexs that I lived in. I would recommened this place to anyone.
