This place sucks! I lived in the 1st phase and people sat on my truck at night in the parking lot. People sit outside and do drugs. The office people said they rarely here of any breakins but a deputy (wont mention name) told me that most of his breakins happen at Countrywood and he has the most problems there. (mostly in phase 2)The office people r so nice when u meet them but ITS JUST AN ACT. All they do is try to screw you over and get money out of you at the end. The maitnence people only half fix things IF they do at all and they definitly take their time getting to it. My neighbors AC is broken and it has been "fixed" every month since they moved in 5 months ago but they wont just replace it so their carpet is damp and they have mold. They will over charge you on anything they can. They spend the money they get from you on murals and painting-not paving-the parking lot. They lie and treat you like crap. All they care about is money. Most people are afraid to complain about theings that are broken because the office will try to find any reason to make you pay extra fees. You can hear people loud and clear outside the apartment and yiu can hear and feel people waking up the stairs to the second floor. The parking is ok sometimes but alot of times I couldnt find a close paking spot because there are so many cars that should not bet there(no sticker) and when it rains, it sucks having to run that far. O ya and the people who come in to mow the grass and stuff...SUCK! they mow but its still tall grass! haha and also, the apartments are not level. its kinda scary walking up stairs to a walkway and balcony that leans.I have not met one person that likes living there. There are so many better places for a lot less. O and watch out- they like to raise rent. Thank Goodness Im OUT OF THERE!!!!!
