i just moved out at the end of july, it was ok at first, nice location and everything. you could def hear people coming up the stairs at times, but not at others, its bc some people step hard and some step normal. the parking wasnt too bad in phase 2, the ----tards driving drunk from whiskey park parking in the front caused the bad parking up front, and giving out hte 2 passes for visitors was only up there, and it was bc of the parking problem, i never saw them tow other then if a car had an expired tag or something along those lines. my fiance's car was stolen from in front of our apartment back in november last year, they found it in the ghetto behind university mall in a crack apt complex. the bugs were there but not very common, its florida bugs are expected. there were some druggies, the girl downstairs used to hotbox her car i noticed a few times. spots started appearing on the carpets where nothing was spilled(mold i guess) and it was all over. im sure they are going to charge us for it even tho we tried to clean them up with a ton of different removers. the screendoor never worked from day one, when we moved in it was leaning against the balcony. maintenance when we first moved in was quic kthe first month, but after that it was 3 days to fix things. the walls were thin, i could hear the neighbors fighting at times arguing. from my experience the office staff was ok, i never received a receipt for my rent either but yea they dont give u one, jordan actually lives in the apts in phase 2 i believe as i saw her on accasion in back at like 630/7 walking past my apt to the back.
