You just moved in. I wrote an initially positive review when I first moved in. I can't wait to see what your post will be one or two years from now. Don't get me wrong, I usually like it here. It is beautiful and usually quiet. But wait till your first problem comes up and see how the managers treat you. There are a lot of new faces in the office now so we will see if this is a sign of better or worse things to come.

We'll see how you feel after the management doesn't fix your ac or plumbing problems... or your car gets broken into... or your sick and they won't fix the ac over the weekend because "it's not over ninety degrees." Make sure you read the fine print on reporting maintenance problems, because if you don't use the internet the office will tell you they have no record... of course they can also use the "too busy" excuse to stonewall you too. I pity the fool.
