I've lived in Countrywood for 7 months and I've never had so many things fall apart in such little time. First, the first week in August when I first moved in my air conditioning was broken and they had a hard time fixing it (95degree heat and trying to move in). Since that, it has broken over 5 times and they still cannot find out whats wrong with it yet won't replace it with a new one. My car was badly dented while parked overnight here, my clothes were stolen out of the laundry room, and a dead body was found in the lake outside my apartment. AND to top it all off, the staff is rude and ignorant. This place is not safe and I advise everyone to stay far away from these apartments!

The entire place is a scam run by a realty investment firm. The poor maintenance is part of the overall profit margin. I would bet the bozo(s) who runs the place is/are incentivized NOT to do maintenance and gets a percentage based on not going over certain dollar limits. I think it's about time one of the news channels look at investigating the place and the mother company. I had similar issues with maintenance. By now you've experienced the "it's not an emergency unless the temperature in the apartment is over 90 degrees" nonsense too. Maybe it's time for the residents to bring a class action suit...

Notice how people only comment when at the first of the month when rent is due and they have not paid. Apartment communities don't come out in the middle of the night to repair your A/C when it is 70 degrees outside. Try using some commen sense and open your windows!!!!!!!!!!
