Stayed there in a studio apt for a year. Where do I start'....
-Within the first two months of my stay, clothes stolen out of the laundry facility.
-Rowdy and obnoxious neighbors in almost every direction: partying, drinking, and running in and out all night.
-Neighbor's car completely stripped down and left on blocks one night
-Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. I am a very clean person and have lived in FL my entire life, and have never had to deal with them in any other complex I have lived in.
-Domestic disturbance one night on my front lawn that nearly erupted in gunfire
-An abundance of "trashy" (for lack of a better word) types, with no shirts/shoes hanging around outside drinking beer/smoking cigarettes sitting on the hoods of cars, sitting outside, etc. and congregating together all day/night long with nothing better to do.
