I couldn't disagree more with the bad review that was given on Courtney Palms! My husband and I have lived there since November and we LOVE IT! Unfortunetly they are selling them as condos so we have to move but as far as the grounds and the staff it makes for a great, peaceful place to live! The only complaint that I would have, which is no fault of the complex, is our apartment is located behind a church that has a dance club on Friday nights until 1:00am and you will fall asleep every Friday night to the thumping of music..but hey I would simply suggest NOT getting an apartment on that end of the complex! The staff and maintance crew is great an we have never had more than a day go by after putting in a maintance request that it hasn't been addressed by the time we got home!!
