He is a scumbag landlord that tries to hold security deposits if you do not know the law - the place is bad enough with a bunch of absentee landlords - but this guy is bad news

The tenant that posted this ad is the scumbag. He damaged and missused my property and tried to play stupid. He is a nobody who things he can drum up false accusations. Have a rotten life durtbag.

You'd think that if you were the landlord you'd actually show some professionalism. That and I'd think you would not make another post under the Courtney Palms listing saying "No" when it gives you the option to say if you would rent at that location. If you are the landlord... wow.

This is another situation that easily could of been avoided by using a REALTOR. Both Landlord and Tenant would have benefited from having a diligent professional overseeing the transaction to be sure both parties were treated fairly , honestly and had proper accounting for all funds. Next time use your neighborhood Realtor to ensure a pleasurable real estate experience!
