It's affordable, and close to the Crosstown. And now that I don't have to deal with Melanie (or Melody -- can't remember, ignored as much as possible) in the front office, life is much better. She was awful! My condo owner is really nice, so I reccommend the complex, just make sure you get a good owner. Only criticism is they need a different type of gate (may cost more, but will cut down on maintaince of current gate), the trash is VERY far from my building -- can't walk the trash out, must drive -- and all those speed bumps are taking at least a year off the life of my car. I don't live in the front of the complex, so maybe speeding cars was a major issue' Still, I go through eight speed bumps before reaching my apartment -- that's too much.
