Beautiful Grounds, Well Kept, Staff Attentive, but too many Speed Bumps

During my time at Courtney Palms, I never seemed to feel at home or safe. The grounds were magnificient and very well kept. However there always seemed to be strangers walking around, and there was always a problem with non-tenants using the facilities. Every week there was some type of criminal activity from drugs, to stolen cars and domestic violence. The gate in front was always broken, and no one ever really used it. There was always pet droppings and cigarette butts on the ground. The staff were always very nice and fixed anything that broke, no questions asked. Execellent location, minutes from shopping and downtown Tampa. All the tenants I met in the complex were very welcoming, friendly and inviting. The apartments were clean, modern and spacious, although you could always hear your neighbors. Taxis could never find the place and took up to an hour to pick you up. And lasty too many speed bumps, there are litterally 2 speed bumps every ten feet. Messed up my undercarriage and allignment on two seperate occasions. Overall opinion, not a bad place to live, but if you can afford a bit more it may be worth looking at different places.
