Courtney Palms is the nicest condo community in East Tampa hands down.

I have lived in many many areas andbeing a Realtor I deal with people from all over.

If your looking for a beautiful, safe, and overall awesome community you cant beat it.

The rent prices are a little higher than others but remember...you get what you pay for!
