The pride of ownership really shows in this condo community compared to any other apartment coomunities where everyone rents.

With a condo community each unit is individually owned so people tend to care a whole lot more bout the community.

The amenities are like a resort and the staff is wonderful.

Never any type of misbehavior by the folks here.

Great for young professionals and families.
