I'm COMPLETELY SHOCKED by the responses management posts to resident complaints on this site. Responses are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, full of animosity and contempt. They even insult residents spelling mistakes and point out that they haven't paid rent! It's like dealing with a bunch of middle school kids who don't know how to control their tempers. You are BUSINESSMEN, and should be able to express yourselves with a certain amount of decoram. I think you have every right to defend yourselves against unwarranted attacks but that doesn't mean you should be rude about it. How do you think this looks to prospective tenants.
Unfortunatly, with the sad state of the economy, this place is not short on tenants and it's a shame that management obviously feels that that gives them the right to be rude and unprofessional.
Tenents, remember, YOU HAVE RIGHTS! Unite, form a tenents association. Even if only a quarter of the 700 tenants become involved that will still be enough to force managment to make changes.

It would be wonderful to unite and re-enstate the old trash disposel method. I'm sure those compactors were a pretty penny, to render them a waste of money would be wonderous. Good luck selling those beasts on E-Bay or Craigslist....other apartment owners know better.
Come on people, a petition would be nice...someone with internet access at work print out a notification of a petition signing, I'd put my handcock on it. I'd do it but I lack a printer.
