Not bad but not great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   The walls are very thin, you definitely can't have a theator system and if your neighbors argue, you can hear every word. After living here for 6 months, we began to have a pest problem. We began to see huge waterbugs/cockroaches in our house. We keep our place very neat and clean and never had this problem before. There is only one trash compactor for the community so it does get over filled every now and then. Other than that, the amenities are great, the community is beautiful, and it is quiet. There have been some break in's into cars, but it was completely random and has only happened once since we have been here. The staff is friendly...but the prices does seem to be over priced based on the square footage. The pest problem is my main complaint really...other than that, I would reccommend.
