These units have many windows that leak or leaky roofs. Much of which has destroyed the wood in the stairwells, balconies and whatever else they won't fix. Life was ok, traffic noisy but security sucks all the time!Half the time the gate is broken and anyone can drive or walk right in. Many things have been stolen from here, bikes, motocycles, car, cell phones. They've sold these apartments now as condos and stopped pest control a year ago. The grounds and maintenance are all but non-existent. If you buy here you will regret it because the builder never used the right wood so much has had to be reconstructed. In 2002, the began reconstruction of some of the balconies. Not all of the balconies were reconstructed. Shortly after the end of the beginning project the grounds were sold. Wait until you get your first property repair bill! You will be sorry you invested here.
